You’ll both give and receive healing, allowing you to feel the energy firsthand while building confidence in your own ability to work with it.

By the end of our time together, you’ll feel confident offering Reiki to yourself and others.
You’ll learn:
• The history and principles of Reiki
• Receive your Level I attunement
• Hand positions and foundational techniques
• How to offer Reiki to yourself and others
• Certification as a Reiki I Practitioner
What the experience is like
Our time together is a blend of teaching, discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice.
You’ll both give and receive a full Reiki treatment, and you’ll leave with a class manual to support your continued practice.
Understanding Reiki
Reiki isn’t learned in the traditional sense—it’s received.
Through the attunement process, your energy channels are opened, allowing you to connect with Reiki in a direct and lasting way.
Once activated, this connection stays with you for life.
This training is for you if:

• You’re ready to learn a practice you can use for life

Continuing Your Reiki Path
If you already know you’re feeling called to go deeper, there is an option to complete the full Reiki training path—from Level I through Master.
This path allows you to move through each level with continuity and support, deepening your practice over time while integrating each stage fully.
Students who choose this option receive the full program at a reduced investment.
